Required skills:

• Understanding of the fundamentals of working with major media sources – Facebook, Google, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.
• Understanding of traffic purchasing funnel metrics and decision-making principles at different product life stages
• Experience working with Mobile Measurement Partner (Appsflyer, Adjust), and an understanding of the principles of it and configuring integrations
• Knowledge of SQL and selecting operations using the join, union, aggregation, window functions
• Confident Excel/Google Sheets user (advanced level)
• Experience working with BI tools and creating reports in them (we are currently using Google Data studio)

It would be great if these were your strengths:

• Proactive and results-driven. You prefer to ask questions and suggest experiments aimed at improving existing processes and solutions, instead of just responding to queries and making assessments
• You possess analytical skills to identify the underlying causes and issues in a traffic structure, you can determine the success of creatives, groups of countries, and campaigns, and you can give recommendations on stopping or scaling them
• “Helicopter view.” You see a broader picture, so you are able to see seasonality and cyclicality in sales, you understand the differences between traffic channels, and you can answer the questions “where do we want to go” as well as “which way will be the most effective”
• Efficient communication and teamwork. You complete projects efficiently and stick to agreements, you communicate with the team in a timely, brief, and clear manner, providing more detail where necessary, and you are ready to help others to achieve a common goal

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Analyzing procurement strategies at the stages of launch and scaling
• Searching for insights in historical data that has been accumulated
• Regular checking of nodes
• Participating in the development of reports, as well as supporting and revising them
• Preparing segments (samples) of users to create audiences

Would be an advantage:

• Experience working on a product with a subscription-based monetization model and understanding those specifics
• Understanding of the principles of calculating ROI and LTV for different monetization strategies
