We are currently looking for a Middle People Partner.

The main focus will be on the People Management of Amazing Apps Product/IT team (Developers, QAs, Product Managers, etc.). The number of employees — 50-60.

Challenges you’ll meet:

  • Onboarding of new specialists (office and remote)
  • Holding reviews after the probation periods, involvement in the process of the regular performance reviews
  • Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement, collecting feedback under semi-annual 360 assessment process, by request
  • Retention
  • Participating in dismissal processes, analytics and decision-making
  • Documenting corporate culture issues into a knowledge database, and maintaining and updating it
  • Involvement as an adviser in preparation of team-building events and other corporate activities
  • Update and development of HR policies
  • Development and implementation of basic educational training for employees

Your professional qualities:

  • Truly understanding that HR is your passion
  • 2+ years of experience as People Partner/HR Manager
  • Experience in IT company is a must
  • Experience with all main stages of the employee’s life cycle (onboarding & adaptation, performance reviews & 360 assessment, L&D, people management, conflict solving, engagement & retention, dismissal)
  • At least Intermediate level of English
  • Advanced data analysis skills to define problems or substantiate your suggestions
  • Ability to work in a changing environment, flexibility
